It’s a sad, sad day to be a teacher.‘When I first started teaching there was like 20 kids in a class and now there are 29 kids in a class, and we have not have been given raises. How are you going to take that money? It’s basically taking it out of our pockets.‘How are you taking the raise when you’re basically taking from the teacher and employees under you?’ Board members repeatedly tell Hargrave and other teachers that the meeting is to discuss the superintendent’s contract, and not their salary. The back-and-forth barely gets heated before a security guard steps in and tells Hargrave to leave. He is heard saying: ‘You’re going to leave or I’m going to remove you.’ She’s led out of the room. But seconds later, a commotion is heard.Hargrave is seen on the floor after claiming the security guard pushed her there. The video ends with people questioning the security guard’s actions in a parking lot while Hargrave is still in cuffs.
